With a proven track record across industries such as manufacturing, construction, financial services, retail, the military, healthcare and automotive, my expertise lies in solving complex problems and driving measurable success in demanding environments.

With years of hands-on experience in both practical environments and the theoretical aspects of business strategy, I’ve mastered the art of blending both. While I can create PowerPoint presentations, what truly sets me apart is being a driver of results. I turn strategy into action, if you give me the opportunity to lead, I deliver results.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with industry leaders including Swedbank, Nykredit Bank, Sparbank Nord, Tryg, Nestlé, Nissan, Sony , Accenture , Cap Gemini, and GE with more, applying innovative strategies to solve complex business challenges. Each organization benefited from innovative approaches to improve efficiencies and achieve sustainable growth.

Having held leadership roles across diverse sectors, ranging from Project Manager to Managing Director, my approach remains hands-on. I am adept at leading technical management projects, turning around underperforming businesses, and managing large, cross-functional teams. My focus on operational excellence and long-term growth ensures that every challenge is met with practical, results-driven solutions.

My academic journey includes two Masters of Science degrees—one in Lund University and one in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School’s Sloan program. I am a honoured to be a SLOAN Fellow.

I am proud to have been recognized with the European Commission Seal of Excellence (ECSE, I might call it EU Seal of Excellence). This prestigious recognition is awarded to the top 5% of innovators across Europe for their ability to deliver groundbreaking and impactful solutions.
