My career spans hands-on operational leadership and board-level strategy. I have turned around underperforming divisions, built new revenue streams from zero, scaled international teams, and delivered major system transformations across regulated and technically complex industries.

I operate where business performance depends on deep technical capability and where rapid execution and advanced insight are critical to competitive advantage.

My experience includes enterprise AI platforms, global-scale mobile production environments, RF-aware system architectures and navigation-resilient capabilities operating under degraded or contested signal conditions. I translate technical capability into commercial advantage.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with industry leaders including Swedbank, Nykredit Bank, Sparbank Nord, Tryg, Nestlé, Nissan, Sony , Accenture , Cap Gemini etc, applying innovative strategies to solve complex business challenges. Each organization benefited from innovative approaches to improve efficiencies and achieve sustainable growth.

I hold two Masters of Science degrees; one in Lund University (LTH)and one in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School’s Sloan program. I am proud to be a SLOAN Fellow.

I was awarded the European Commission Seal of Excellence (ECSE, I might call it EU Seal of Excellence). This prestigious recognition is awarded to the top 5% of innovators across Europe. This distinction reflects my ability to combine AI-driven innovation with commercial strategy to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

In addition to receiving the ECSE, I have been named among Britain’s most promising fintech entrepreneurs, recognising innovation and strategic impact in competitive markets.
